Numerical Simulation Study on Optimization Design of Stepping Hydraulic Support

  • In order to solve the problem of high stress on the hydraulic supports in the working conditions, in this article, the numerical simulation software is used to analyze the stress in three working conditions: the top beam and the two ends of the base are under load, the top beam is eccentrically loaded and the base is under torsional load, and the top beam is eccentrically loaded and the two ends of the base are under load. After giving the stress concentration points, the hydraulic support is optimized for design. Then the stress situation of the optimized hydraulic support is analyzed, it is found that the working conditions of the support have significantly improved after optimization, and the optimization plan is feasible. It provides a reference for the optimization design of mine hydraulic support.
