Development of a Split Type Cableway Tractor

  • In this paper, the construction status of tension stringing and the working environment of the traction machine are analyzed, the working characteristics of the tracked self-propelled traction machine are explored, and requirements for the transmission system from aspects such as the matching of torque and speed, the conversion and coordination of traction and walking conditions, etc. are proposed. Taking a tracked self-propelled hydraulic traction machine as an example, the parameter matching calculations are carried out on the main components to complete the design and verification of the hydraulic system of the traction machine. The test results show that the dynamic performance meets the design requirements. Through practical application, the technical integrity of the mechanism has been verified. The research and development achievements have the value of improving the efficiency of on-site equipment transfer and reducing the transfer costs.
