Simulation of Asynchronous Displacement T-Shaped Welding System for Industrial Robots

  • In response to the cumbersome and inefficient on-site debugging process of arc welding robots, this article takes the asynchronous displacement T-shaped welding as an example, builds a RobotStudio virtual simulation workstation, constructs a Smart component for welding simulation motion, and uses the "Robot Ware Arc" welding process plugin to write and debug arc welding programs. Through simulation debugging, it has been proven that building a virtual simulation workstation and using the "Robot Ware Arc" welding process plugin are of great significance in improving the efficiency of arc welding program writing and debugging.
