Application of Amplifying Tool and Response Spectrum Control in Vibration Test

  • The vibration value of a sensor installed in an aircraft actuator is about 130 g, which exceeds the rated level of the shaking table. In this paper, the characteristics of vibration tools are flexibly used to design a tool with magnifying effect to amplify the output level of the shaking table and transfer it to the test piece, so as to achieve the ideal effect of low output of the shaking table and high level vibration test. Then a vibration test system is built, and the vibration endurance environment test of the displacement sensor lasting 14 hours is successfully completed by using the acceleration response control method. The simulation and test results show that the design of the tool meets the established requirements of scaling up design.
