Research on Turning of TC4 Titanium Alloy based on High Speed Steel

  • This article explores the turning of TC4 titanium alloy and analyzes the TC4 titanium alloy material. Through the reasonable selection of tool parameters, cutting parameters and cutting fluid, after multiple turning experiments and analysis, it is determined that the machining method of TC4 titanium alloy parts adopts high-speed steel turning processing method. Influence of different parameters on the machining of titanium alloy parts during the turning process has been verified. This study provides a reference basis for the use of high-speed steel in turning titanium alloy parts, and it has certain application value.
