Design Research and Application of Manned Lifting and Rotating Mechanical Arm for Stage Performance

  • The application of manned lifting and rotating mechanical arm equipment in the engineering industry has been quite extensive, but there are few application examples of the manned lifting and rotating mechanical arm equipment for stage performances. The characteristics such as external aesthetic requirements, installation space limitations, and equipment stability requirements, etc. highlight its special characteristics, resulting in many engineering design problems. In this paper, based on the requirements of mechanical arm design goal, design and implementation steps of such equipmen are analyzed and summarized. Firstly, the design requirements should be clear, and the targeted design is conducted on the key parts; secondly, making full use of software simulation of the important parts operation to ensure the overall safety of the equipment and the design progress; finally, the correctness of the theoretical calculations is verified through the product test, so as to provide a reference basis and method for the realization of this kind of equipment design research.
