Design and Implementation of Campus Garbage Sorting Mobile Robot based on ARM Platform

  • With the social emphasis on environmental protection and garbage classification, garbage management in campus environment has become increasingly important. This paper proposes a solution using ARM platform technology, and designs an intelligent mobile robot, which can realize the identification, sorting and collection of garbage in the campus. The robot uses visual recognition technology and robotic arm operation technology, obtains image information through the camera, uses deep learning algorithm to classify and recognize garbage, and uses the robotic arm to accurately grasp and sort. The experimental results show that the mobile robot has good practicability and feasibility in the campus environment, can effectively solve the problem of campus waste management, and provide effective technical support for the clean campus environment and waste resource utilization.
