Design for a Ground-Roller Cable Display Bracket

  • A cable laying support design scheme with self lifting, active wire feeding or active traction functions is proposed for the construction of high voltage and high current underground transmission line engineering. It uses an electric motor to drive a hydraulic pump to provide power, a hydraulic cylinder for lifting, and a hydraulic motor for traction and wire feeding to form a stick type cable laying support as a whole, achieving the laying work of buried cables. The article focuses on the technical principle and implementation method of the ground penetrating cable unfolding function, and verifies the technical performance of the ground-roller penetrating cable unfolding bracket unfolding operation through engineering applications. This equipment replaces the traditional manual dragging method and is of great significance for improving laying efficiency, ensuring the quality of wire laying, and reducing on-site safety risks.
