The Whole Process Parametrical Simulation of Rotor Shaft based on Ansys Workbench

  • The rotor shaft is the commonly used mechanical part, and in recent years it has a large demand of the simulation analysis, thus the whole process statics parametrical simulation of the rotor shaft is built based on the Ansys Workbench in this paper. The structural parametrical model is built based on SpaceClaim platform, and the simulation analysis parametrical model is built based on the Static Structure platform. The parameters interface is finished based on the ACT platform, and its effectiveness is validated with some examples. This method can also be developed to the analysis of modal and structural dynamics, and it has certain engineering value and significance.
