Influence Analysis of Accessory Quality on Gear Misalignment of Accessory Gearbox

In order to analyze the influence of accessory quality on the misalignment of accessory gearbox gear, firstly, an accessory gearbox system model is established in the Romax software. Then, the gear misalignment is calculated without considering the accessory quality. When considering the accessory quality, maneuver overload will amplify the influence of accessory quality; Therefore, the gear misalignment is calculated with both accessory quality and maneuver overload are considered. The results show that when considering the quality of accessories and maneuvering overload, the misalignment of certain gears increases significantly, which will lead to unbalanced loading, aggravate wear and reduce the service life of gears. Therefore, measures such as gear modification should be considered to reduce the misalignment.
