Abstract
In order to reduce the weight of the elevator car frame structure and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, the numerical simulation software is used in this paper to conduct the static and dynamic analysis on the elevator car frame. Through the analysis, the overall force situation of the structure is obtained. The optimization design on the upper crossbeam of the car frame is selected, and its thickness is reduced from 6mm to 4mm; the mass of a single upper crossbeam is 22.46 kg, which is 7.49 kg less than the 29.95 kg before optimization. Through simulation verification, it is found that the maximum stress value of the optimized structure is 39.5 MPa, which is less than 156.7 MPa, meeting the safety requirements of the structure. Therefore, the optimization plan is feasible and provides a reference for improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
