Design of an Experimental Machine for Friction Performance of Film Clamping Block

  • In the production process of stretching the film with a membrane clamp, the clamp handle clamps the film, and the slider on the membrane clamp slides on two tracks with varying spacing to achieve lateral stretching of the film. During the stretching process of the film at up to 180 ℃, friction and wear between the slider and the track are one of the main reasons for the shutdown of the production line. In order to develop more wear-resistant sliding blocks in high-temperature environments, a film fixture sliding block friction performance testing machine is designed to simulate the actual production conditions and test the wear resistance of the sliding block, in order to obtain sliding block materials that meet production requirements. It solves the problem of stop maintenance caused by frequent wear of slider, which is of great significance to reduce the failure rate and improve the production efficiency
