Abstract
NiTi shape memory alloy has broad application prospects in many engineering fields due to its excellent mechanical properties. Besause NiTi alloy has good biocompatibility, the material has high irreplaceability in the biomedical industry; some scholars have obtained the application value of NiTi alloy structure by adding holes, but the structure with holes has complex mechanical deformation behavior, so this paper intends to reveal the deformation behavior of NiTi shape memory alloy through systematic experiments, and reveal the force-displacement response and strain response of the alloy under load through different hole sizes and different number of holes. The results show that the NiTi shape memory alloy with holes has a lower stiffness modulus, and the hole size has a linear relationship with the superelastic deformation platform of the material, which provides guidance for the engineering applications.
