Design of C# Upper Computer Control System for Scraper Chain Installation and Removal Device

  • In the field of scraper chain-related equipment, there are some problems during maintenance process, such as lack of dedicated disassembly and assembly devices for scraper chains, high labor intensity, low efficiency, and poor safety, etc. This study focuses on the design of a C# upper computer for a scraper chain disassembly and assembly control system. Using the Visual Studio 2022 development platform, NET Framework 4.8 and MySQL database technology, design and development of the upper computer control software are completed. The research analyzes the key mechanical structures of the scraper chain, describes the system control scheme, and explains the hardware selection for motors and other actuators. Through precise control of each component's actions during the disassembly and assembly process, the system meets the requirements for continuous automatic operation on the production line.
