Design and Development of a Door Panel Installation Auxiliary Device

  • Through study and verification of the installation process of electrical cabinet door panels, the configuration scheme, installation structure and operation method for a door panel installation auxiliary device are explored to replace the traditional manual installation method and improve the assembly efficiency of electrical cabinet door panels, save labor input, and improve the safety of door panel assembly. By selecting suitable materials, analyzing the influence of each component's structural dimensions on the assembly process, and optimizing the structural design, the door panel installation auxiliary device can meet the production needs of installing door panels on electrical cabinets of different sizes on the ground or workbench.
