Analysis and Solution Measures for Uneven Color of 6061 Aluminum Alloy after Chemical Conductive Oxidation

  • Chemical conductive oxidation is a widely used surface treatment technology for aluminum alloy materials, and aluminum alloy parts also have conductivity and corrosion resistance after the completion of the surface treatment, but the appearance color is often uneven after the surface treatment is completed. In this paper, the reasons for uneven appearance color of aluminum alloy caused by chemical oxidation are mainly studied, and it is found that the use of appropriate sandblasting methods or magnetic grinding and other treatment methods can effectively solve the problem of product consistency and improve the appearance quality of the product. This method can provide a method and reference for the research on solutions to improve the appearance quality of chemically conductive oxidized products.
