Design Analysis of Pipeline Emergency Rapid Connection Type Slide Rail Combination Transport Device

  • In this study, in order to safely and quickly solve the problem of pipeline rescue in the wet subsidence loess trench area, according to the lightweight design guidelines, two sets of fast-connecting slide rail combination transport devices suitable for the wet subsidence loess trench area are designed through combining the slide rail device with different pipeline rescue transport needs in the trench terrain. The SolidWorks software is used to establish the structural model of the two designed devices, and the Ansys finite element software is used to analyze the force on the model. The structural reliability of the devices is verified according to the stress-strain cloud diagram of the devices, and auxiliary analysis is carried out on the structural weak points of the devices, then the corresponding improvement scheme is proposed. This study can provide scientific guidance for pipeline rescue in the wet loess gully area.
