Abstract
The traditional pressure plate type anti-wind locking device requires manual operation, which has the problems of long time consumption, high labor intensity of workers, and high safety production hazards. Based on the main structure and principle of the explosion-proof cover and anti-wind locking device of a certain mine ventilation system, the shortcomings in its operation are analyzed. Through the comprehensive application of hydraulic drive system and automation control system, an explosion-proof cover automatic locking device is designed and tested. The results show that by improving the explosion-proof cover locking mechanism, the compression operation of the explosion-proof cover and the anti-wind operation of the fan can be remotely completed within 10 minutes, eliminating the safety hazards caused by untimely manual operation, reducing the workload of workers, and achieving good application effects.
