Abstract
Hydraulic support is one of the important support equipment in coal mines, which plays an important role in the safe and stable production process of coal mining. In this article, taking the ZY4000 mining hydraulic support as the research object, in response to the problems of easy failure and damage to its top beam structure, a three-dimensional model of the support is established by using UG software. The strength and deformation characteristics of the top beam structure under eccentric and torsional conditions are analyzed by using Ansys software. The results show that the maximum stress value of the top beam under torsional conditions exceeds the yield limit of the material. By increasing the thickness of stress concentration areas such as the reinforced plates, the maximum stress of the support top beam is reduced by 65.23%, the maximum deformation is reduced by 12.29%, and the maximum stress of the top beam is reduced to below the yield strength of the material, laying a good foundation for the safe production of the mine.
