Improvement and Optimization Design of Explosion-Proof Electrical Control Box for Coal Mining Machine

  • In response to the problems of poor operational reliability and significant safety hazards caused by corrosion of the explosion-proof joint surface and loosening of the bolts in the mining coal mining machine explosion-proof electrical control box, and based on the structure and specific working principle of the explosion-proof electrical control box, the structure and anti-corrosion process of the electrical control box are optimized to improve the explosion-proof electrical control box of the coal mining machine. The improved electrical control box is applied and tested, and the results show that the optimized electrical control box operates stably and reliably, and the problems of joint surface corrosion and easy loosening of bolts are both solved. This study can provide reference for improvement and optimization of the explosion-proof electrical control box.
