Optimization Design for the Walking Support Structure of Coal Mining Machine

  • Based on the mathematical statistics theory of response surface method, least squares method and shoe pulling method, combined with the guidance of experimental design method, an optimization method for the structure (size) design of shearer walking support structure components is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the optimization model of the walking support structure components is introduced, and several important parameters in the design of the walking support structure components are discussed in detail; then the optimization objective function and the optimization process of the walking support structure components are established; finally, the response surface method model and its experimental design are introduced, and a group of examples are selected to introduce the analysis results. Through calculation, the design parameter combination of the walking support structure with the highest structural strength and the least deformation is obtained, which improves the safety and reliability of the walking support structure of shearer.
