Development and Application of Post-Processing for Huazhong HNC848D Five-Axis CNC System

  • In order to solve the problem of multi-process five axis reprocessing, with the domestic central China HNC848D five-axis reprocessing development as the research object, the post-processing file suitable for the central China HNC848D five-axis CNC system is written in the Hyperpost module by using the macro program and custom program, focusing on solving key technologies such as five-axis processing, linkage processing, fixed cycle, and multi-process processing, etc. After simulation and actual cutting verification, the developed reprocessing document is correct and feasible, which provides a reference for the development of five-axis CNC machine tools with different structures and different CNC systems.
