Simulation and Optimization Design of Dust Removal System based on CFD

  • In this paper based on mathematical model and CFD model, the suction dust removal system of laser doping equipment of photovoltaic TOPCon solar cells is optimized. The mathematical model method is used to calculate the pressure loss of each part of the dust removal system. The CFD model is verified by mathematical model and the CFD model is used to iteratively optimize each part of the dust removal system, and the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal system is improved to the optimal according to the actual conditions.Consequently, this ensures better protection of personnel health, the production process of the battery is more safe and reliable, and the equipment is more friendly to the environment.
