Abstract
Vector nozzle structure, as a significant feature of vector engine distinguishing from other types of engines, has the disadvantages of complex structure and harsh loading environment.The nozzle is in the high temperature region of the engine, and the high temperature will degrade the material and structural mechanical properties of the nozzle, which will reduce the safety and reliability of the structure.To realize the assessment of the reliability and integrity of the binary vector nozzle structure, it must measure and analyze the nozzle thermal load and structural load parameters, so it is necessary to analyze and study the characteristics of this nozzle.The paper established the binary vector nozzle calculation model under different deflection angles, analyzed and researched the structural characteristics of the binary vector nozzle by using the numerical calculation method based on fluid-solid-thermal coupling, and obtained the nozzle load characteristics under different working conditions.The findings of this study can provide certain reference and insight for the structural characteristics, reliability and integrity assessment of the binary vector nozzle.
