Design of Asphalt Pavement Flatness Detection Device based on TRIZ Theory

  • This paper conducted a series of analyses on the innovative design methodology based on TRIZ theory, integrating the innovative principles and contradiction matrix of TRIZ with modular design concepts to construct a product innovation design model grounded in TRIZ theory.The related factors of the model were also explored.In addition, the actual market demand for asphalt pavement flatness detection devices was analyzed, and the proposed innovation design model was applied to the structural innovation design of such a device. Using the SolidWorks software platform, an innovative 3D model of the target product was established, which verified the rationality of the design scheme. The results of this study provides a useful reference for the design of asphalt pavement flatness detection devices.
