Abstract
Multi-ports pump is a very important product in the lubrication equipment industry. The paper conducted a study on the structural design improvements and performance analysis of a novel multi-ports pump.Based on the clearance fit requirements between the plunger shaft and the bore of the pump core body, key factors for improving displacement decay were identified through comparative testing of different products, and reasonable design recommendations were proposed.To address the production complexity and installation/maintenance issues associated with the traditional pump core and eccentric shaft disc structure commonly used in current multi-ports pumps, a new design was proposed featuring a spring-return pump core and a wear-resistant ring eccentric shaft. This new type of multi-ports pump has the characteristics of simple installation, high reliability, long service life, and stable displacement output.
