Abstract
The traditional PID control technology is lack of ability to handle the non-linearity, so it is difficult to control the ship equipment with complicated structure and operation mechanism effectively, fuzzy control technology is suitable to dispose of problems with time-varying, non-linearity, large inertia, large time delay and so on, and can make up for the above deficiency. This paper summarizes the application of fuzzy control technology in ships and analyzes its application cases in ship course control, dynamic positioning, energy management, main and auxiliary engine control, and points out that combining particle swarm optimization, neural network and other artificial intelligence methods can further optimize its performance and improve the control effect on complex marine equipment.
