Abstract
To address the dual requirements of detection efficiency and precision in modern precision manufacturing, this paper takes a vertical plate part as the detection object and systematically elaborates the entire process from probe system configuration and calibration to the accurate establishment of a workpiece coordinate system using the classic “3-2-1” method. It analyzes the automated measurement strategies and evaluation methods for various geometric characteristics, including length, diameter, angle, and symmetry. Furthermore, it conducts an in-depth analysis of measurement error sources starting from key factors such as ambient temperature, stylus wear, moving speed, and contact force, and proposes corresponding process control and optimization measures. This provides a practically valuable reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of digital inspection of complex parts.
