Design and Implementation of Maintenance Reminder Function for Industrial Robots

  • With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing, the number of FANUC robots in service continues to grow. To ensure the long-term operational stability of the equipment, routine maintenance of robots is indispensable. Based on the built-in KAREL language of FANUC robots, this paper conducts demand analysis, functional design, program programming and experimental testing for maintenance reminder functions. The maintenance reminder function is successfully designed and implemented, which ensures equipment stability and improves production efficiency.
