Design and Application of Rapid Cooling Equipment for Forming of Galvanized Steel Pipe

  • This paper focuses on the production field of galvanized steel pipes. In view of the problems of existing cooling equipment, such as cold air sinking, uneven cooling, and inconvenient pipe cleaning after spraying, a new type of rapid cooling equipment and cooling method for galvanized steel pipe forming is proposed. The paper systematically elaborates the structural composition and working principle of the equipment, and comprehensively analyzes its performance advantages. Verified by practical application in steel pipe manufacturers, the device can effectively improve cooling efficiency, optimize cooling uniformity and enhance operational efficiency. It provides new ideas and technical references for the process optimization of galvanized steel pipe production.
