Analysis of Thin-walled Parts Production Quality Problems and Countermeasures

  • Manufacturing process technology runs through the entire aircraft research and development life cycle, which is not only extremely vital to aircraft airworthiness, but also serves as an important supporting foundation for the development of the low-altitude economy. In view of the quality defects occurring in the machining process of thin-walled parts, this paper summarizes the root causes of these problems from the six key factors: man, machine, material, method, environment and measurement. It analyzes various quality influencing factors, puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures and carries out experimental verification. The results show that the optimized manufacturing process raises the qualified rate of thin-walled parts to over 98%, creates economic benefits exceeding 30 000 yuan, reduces the processing time from 80 hours to 20 hours. This research offers a practical reference for continuously enhancing the inherent stability of machining processes.
