Structural Design of Courtyard-style Vertical Bicycle Parking Garage

Abstract
Aiming at the parking demand of high-performance bicycles, this paper designs an intelligent bicycle parking garage suitable for modern cities, which has the advantages of convenient intelligent operation, rapid access, safety and attractive appearance, large storage capacity and simple structure. Firstly, the overall design scheme of the vertical bicycle parking garage is established. The main body of the garage consists of a circular track line, clamping mechanism, lifting device, arc anti-theft door, enclosure wall and supporting frame. Then, finite element simulation analysis is carried out on key components such as horizontal pallets, sprockets and coil springs. The simulation results show that the maximum stress, deformation and strain of each component meet the design indexes. Relying on the automatic access system and space optimization scheme, the vertical bicycle parking garage effectively solves the problems of low access efficiency and insufficient space utilization of traditional parking garages for high-performance bicycles, and can bring users a brand-new intelligent and convenient parking experience.
