Research and Application of Specialized Equipment for Testing the Flushing Performance of Toilets based on Intelligent Sensing

Abstract
At present, the performance testing of toilet flushing is mainly completed manually, which suffers from disadvantages such as low efficiency, strong subjectivity, and poor consistency of test results. To address the above problems, this paper proposes an automatic counting and detection system for PP balls based on intelligent fiber optic sensing technology. Combined with the toilet conveying module, PP ball management module and PP ball counting module, a set of special testing equipment for toilet flushing performance is developed. This paper conducts in-depth research on key technologies including automatic identification and counting of PP balls based on intelligent fiber optic sensing, precise positioning for toilet conveyance, precise placement and recycling management of PP balls, as well as multi-module collaborative control technology. An automated, high-precision and high-consistency testing scheme for toilet flushing performance is formed. The scheme greatly improves testing efficiency and result objectivity, and can provide reliable technical support for enterprise quality control.
