Abstract
This paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the trolley system for hauling arched corrugated steel mobile roof covers. Starting from the design background, it elaborates on the design scheme of the trolley driving system, the design and mechanical analysis of key components, and presents the corresponding control strategy. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified through practical engineering cases. The research reveals that under open-air conditions, the trolley system can drive the roof cover to move smoothly and synchronously and satisfy the functional requirements of the building. The proposed scheme can provide valuable references for similar engineering projects.
