Design of Intelligent Assembly Production Line System Architecture based on Digital Twin

Abstract
It is particularly important to study digital twin and information integration technologies for industrial production informatization and visualization to solve issues in traditional automated assembly lines such as poor data traceability and lack of real-time collection and display. This paper conducts an in-depth study on digital transformation methods for intelligent assembly lines. It designs overall architecture and hardware configuration, and details the network topology and production process. PLC program architectures and virtual-real signal mappings for intelligent warehousing and robot assembly systems are provided. Using MCD simulation software, virtual-real synchronous simulation of each system module is achieved. The system operates normally, solving intelligent inspection and assembly problems while enabling information monitoring and management. This work offers valuable reference for similar enterprises in production line digital transformation.
