Structural Strength Simulation and Response Analysis of a Certain Type of Airborne Avionics Equipment
-
Abstract
Airborne avionics equipment must adapt to a vibration environment with complex alternating loads and other conditions. When designing, combining strength simulation can predict risks and optimize structure. This paper uses Ansys Workbench to analyze the strength of a certain type of airborne equipment, obtaining the response at various locations under functional and durability excitation. It is known that the minimum residual strength coefficients for structural components and PCB under functional vibration are 1.7 and 1.65 respectively, which can meet requirements; The maximum stress response of ring clasp exceeds the fatigue limit of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, posing a failure risk and failing to meet the safety usage requirements. Therefore, the design needs to be improved.
