Finite element analysis of MSS32 mobile mold cantilever crane

Taking the MSS32 mobile mold cantilever crane structure as the research object, ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the finite element model of the cantilever crane under two working conditions, to study the stress distribution and deformation of the cantilever crane structure, and to ensure the safety of the structure in the construction process. The finite element calculation results show that the jib crane meets the strength and stiffness requirements and can ensure the construction safety.
