The Analysis and Treatment Method of High Temperature of A Large Horizontal Circulating Pump Bearing in 1 000 MW Thermal Power Generating Unit

  • The condenser circulating water pump is the key equipment of the cold end system of the power plant. Its main purpose is to condense the steam of the steam turbine. Therefore, the safe and reliable operation of the circulating water pump is of great significance for the safe production and economic operation of the power plant. The bearing temperature is one of the core parameters for evaluating the safe and reliable operation of the circulation water pump. This paper introduces the high bearing temperature of the circulating water pump in the 1000MW unit, analyzes and judges the reasons for the high shaft temperature, and proposes corresponding treatment measures. This provides important reference value for the installation and selection of large horizontal water pumps in domestic thermal power units.
