Finite Element Analysis of Anti-Corrosion Pin and Its Installation Hole of Hydraulic Support

  • To solve the problem of difficult disassembly caused by rusting and locking of the hydraulic support pin shaft, a corrosion prevention scheme of stainless steel cladding on the surface of the pin shaft and its mounting hole was proposed, and a mathematical analysis model was established. The stress-strain distribution was analyzed using Abaqus. The results show that after anti-corrosion treatment, the contact surface exhibits better corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and the strain values are in the order of 10−3, which is safe and controllable for the overall deformation of the hydraulic support. The fitting relationship where the surface hardness of the installation hole is higher than that of the pin shaft surface performs better in transmitting loads and reducing stress concentration.
