Research on the Application of Rapid Inspection of Complex Parts Using a Three-Coordinate Measuring Machine Based on CAD Models
-
Abstract
This article addresses the dual demands for detection efficiency and accuracy in modern precision manufacturing, focusing on the inspection of upright plate components. It systematically outlines the entire process, from the configuration and calibration of the probe system to the precise establishment of the workpiece coordinate system using the classic "3-2-1 method". The article analyzes automated measurement strategies and evaluation methods for various geometric features such as length, diameter, angle, and symmetry. Starting with key factors such as environmental temperature, probe wear, movement speed, and contact force, it conducts an in-depth analysis of measurement error sources and proposes corresponding process control and optimization measures. This provides a practical reference for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of digital inspection of complex components.
