Design of Integrated Cleaning-Filling- Pressing Sealing Machine

Aiming at the problems of high cost, hard work, and unstable quality of manual beauty sewing, a cleaning, filling, and flattening integrated beauty sewing machine based on machine vision and negative pressure adsorption principle has been designed. The article focuses on a detailed analysis and demonstration of the structural scheme and workflow of the integrated cleaning, filling, and pressing beauty sewing machine, verifying that the proposed scheme can achieve automatic cleaning, filling, flattening, and dust collection integration during home decoration beauty sewing. And strength checks were conducted on key components to verify structural reliability, providing technical support and new ideas for the mechanization and automation of beauty sewing work.
