Abstract
To meet the demand for lightweighting the sintering machine body and reducing manufacturing costs, a casting pallet car body test scheme based on a high-silicon solid solution strengthening mechanism was proposed. High-temperature performance tests were conducted on both the existing pallet car body material and the new material to obtain relevant experimental data. Taking mass minimization as the objective function, the design scheme was optimized through simulation and calculation. Ultimately, lightweighting of the pallet car body was achieved by optimizing both material selection and structural design, thereby enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
