Abstract
To address the issue of large fluctuations in feeding accuracy of the servo feeder in flexible metal cold roll forming production lines, this paper analyzed the working requirements of the servo feeder, the operating principle of its hydraulic system, and the force conditions of the feeding cylinder and rollers. Key problems within the system were identified, and the hydraulic system's working principle was subsequently optimized. By comparing and measuring the feeding accuracy of the servo feeder under two different hydraulic systems, the effectiveness and rationality of the optimized system in improving feeding stability and accuracy were verified.
