Design and Verification of a Digital Process System for the Military Industry based on Structured Data

  • To address key issues in traditional process management in military-industrial enterprises, such as poor design-process collaboration, unstructured data, and low process efficiency, this paper designs a digital process management solution based on the product lifecycle management concept. This solution takes 3D models as the source, follows the manufacturing bill of materials(MBOM) as the main thread, and centers on structured processes. It establishes an integrated collaborative platform for design and process, achieving seamless business integration from product data management to manufacturing execution. Practical verification demonstrates that the implementation of this solution has increased process data preparation efficiency by over 35%, reduced assembly process design time by approximately 40%, and improved first-time data release accuracy to over 95%. This approach effectively promotes the accumulation of enterprise knowledge and provides a feasible technical path for the digital transformation and upgrading of military-industrial enterprises.
