Abstract
In the era of rapid development of RV air conditioning, horizontal rotary compressors have been widely used in the field of vehicle air conditioning due to their few components, high reliability, low height, and low center of gravity. But with the accelerated promotion of energy-saving and environmental protection policies, the application of new refrigerants, new structures, and new scenarios has become more complex, and the technical challenges for compressors have become increasingly severe. With the promotion and application of R32 refrigerants in RV air conditioning, reliability problems such as bearing end and crankshaft root wear have emerged in the development process of horizontal rotor compressors for vehicle air conditioning. The article adopts theoretical analysis methods to draw conclusions and verify the effectiveness of design improvements.
