Research on the Mechanical Properties of a New Type of Rigid Suspension Component based on Special Spans

  • Based on a particularly large span in a certain line, a new type of rigid suspension component was designed, and its structure and basic principle were introduced. The new rigid suspension component is suspended through flexible wires, and subsequently, the structure of the liner inside the original busbar positioning clamp body was optimized. Finally, the scheme was theoretically verified through the Solidworks Simulation module, and it met the performance requirements and was validated through experiments.
