Research on the Mechanical Properties of a New Type of Rigid Suspension Component based on Special Spans

  • This paper addresses the issue of a special large span in a certain railway line and proposes a new type of rigid suspension assembly using flexible cables for suspension. First, the structure and basic principle of the rigid suspension assembly are introduced. Then, the liner structure inside the original busbar positioning clamp is optimized. Subsequently, the proposed scheme is theoretically verified using the SolidWorks Simulation module, and finally experimental validation is carried out. The results show that the proposed scheme meets the performance requirements.
