Improving the Efficiency of Processing Irregular Sinking Holes on the Upper Shell of the Crusher

Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the efficiency and quality of traditional milling processes, this study analyzed the traditional counterbore machining method for the upper casing parts of mining machinery and adjusted the design of traditional machining programs. On this basis, a set of general process methods for machining this feature was summarized and organized. Through a series of optimization and improvement measures, a programming template was designed, which features connected infeed and outfeed paths, easily adjustable cutting diameter, and contour-following machining to reduce idle cuts. Practical application has verified the rationality of this method, providing a reference for solving the problems related to the machining accuracy and quality of counterbores in the upper casing of mining machinery.
