Research on Optimization and Application of Molding Process forT2 Purple Copper Bottom Ring of Mineral Hot Furnace

  • The T2 purple copper bottom ring of the mineral hot furnace is a critical component in the equipment, and its performance and quality are crucial for the operation and efficiency of the mineral hot furnace. This paper discusses the problem of defects like porosity, slag inclusions, and cracks, and other imperfections commonly found in the conventional casting of T2 purple copper bottom rings. By experimentally studying the key parameters affecting the resin sand casting process of the T2 purple copper bottom, corresponding optimization schemes are proposed. The feasibility of the optimized process parameters is verified through trials, leading to the optimal process scheme. This provides a theoretical basis and guidance for improving the quality of the bottom ring and reducing production costs.
