Design of Intelligent Assembly Production Line System Architecture Based on Digital Twin

Abstract
It is particularly important to study the application of digital twin technology and information integration technology in industrial production informatization and visualization in order to solve the problems of outdated digital and intelligent production levels such as difficulty in tracing production data and inability to collect and display it in real time in traditional automated assembly production lines. This article conducts in-depth research on the digital transformation method of intelligent assembly production lines, designs the overall architecture and hardware composition of the intelligent assembly production line, and provides a detailed introduction to the network topology and production process of the system. The PLC program architecture and virtual real linkage signal mapping of the intelligent warehousing system and robot assembly system are also provided. The virtual real synchronization simulation of various system modules in the intelligent assembly production line was achieved using MCD simulation software. The system has been running and tested normally, solving the intelligent problem of detection and assembly during production and achieving information monitoring and management. This provides a good reference plan for similar enterprises to carry out digital transformation of their production lines.
