Research on the Application of DFM Concept to Optimize the Modeling Standard of Copper Pipes in Air-Conditioning Equipment

Abstract
With the digital transformation of manufacturing processes, the modeling standards for air conditioning equipment copper tubes also need to be optimized to improve design and manufacturing efficiency. This study aims to apply the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concept to optimize the modeling standards for air conditioning equipment copper tubes. By thoroughly analyzing the shortcomings of existing modeling standards, proposed a method for establishing copper tube modeling standards on manufacturing process parameters. Additionally, a manufacturability verification system is introduced during the design process to ensure the manufacturability of the design, thereby providing theoretical and practical support for the digital transformation of manufacturing processes.
